The room was cozy, clean, and the surroundings were beautiful. The beach and sea were a bit far. The staff were friendly and the food was good. There was no fruit at breakfast.

Electra Guesthouse sits just two minutes from Marsalforn’s seafront, offering simple rooms with private bathrooms, free Wi‑Fi, and optional balconies overlooking the sea. Guests enjoy an English buffet breakfast, an à‑la‑carte restaurant, and a terrace bar. A bus stop outside connects to Gozo Port and Victoria, while Malta’s Luqa Airport lies 40 km away.

Good location for moving around the area, but the sea is probably the worst in all of Malta. Clean. The building is old and clearly needs a refresh; the sheets were so small they slipped off the bed while sleeping. Breakfast was disappointing with few packaged items and a coffee machine that kept jamming. On the last day I struggled to get one. The air conditioning was pay‑per‑use, and to get a hairdryer you had to ask (we had two rooms because we were four and had to share the dryer between floors). I definitely do not recommend this place that misled us with photos and top reviews.

The location was fine. They claimed there was airport shuttle service, but that was a lie.

The location is perfect, the beds are comfy, breakfast is great, and the value is excellent for the budget price. Free parking is very close by in the village centre.
