I didn’t like that you book a hostel room and then get sent to a completely different place that doesn’t match what you described. I didn’t stay to sleep; I left on the spot because it smelled awful. When you reserve a room for four people and on the day you’re told you can’t use that room, you’re moved to another place that has nothing to do with your booking. They sent me to another hostel I didn’t book, and it had more beds than expected, plus more people in the room and it smelled bad. I didn’t stay; I left immediately. I feel cheated about what I booked.
