“おもてなしの精神があるホテルでよかったです。部屋がもう少し広ければいうことなかったのですが。”
The staff were friendly and the homemade breakfast was fantastic, but the room felt too cramped.

The hotel is lovely, with beautiful rooms and staff who made us feel like family. The onsite‑baked breakfast was gorgeous, and the attention to detail—from design to housekeeping to the breakfast—was evident throughout.

The best location in Rome. Great restaurants, bars and gelato places under a 5min walk and only a 10min walk to the Colosseum. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and the capuccino top notch. Nice touches like high quality toiletries and a good steamer were a great bonus. Great aircon that made August survivable!. A bit pricey for what you get as the room is quite basic in terms of decor. Bed was quite low in height and pillows a bit firm which didn't make for the most comfortable sleep

The Fifteen Keys Hotel is a beautiful boutique gem in the heart of Monti. With only 15 rooms, it feels intimate and thoughtfully designed. We walked easily from Termini station, and the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for our stay. The location is excellent—walking distance to several major attractions, close to the Metro for others, and only a short stroll to the HOHO bus stop. There’s a lovely little supermarket right next door, and the surrounding streets are full of great restaurants for evening walks. Afternoon tea at 5 pm and happy hour at 6 pm were delightful touches. Our room was a reasonable size for a 4‑night stay, spotlessly clean, and serviced daily. A truly charming base for exploring Rome. The bed was okay but not up to the standard of other accommodation we stayed in.

It was centrally located, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast offered a good selection of food, fruit, cakes, and coffee. Every afternoon tea and cakes were served. The shower area in the bathroom was large, and the rooms were very nice.
