The location was what guided us to the area. The building is used for school camps, not well maintained and rooms lack amenities. For one evening it was fine. I liked that it was away from the noise of the complex, about 10‑15 minutes from the center and all establishments. The food we had included was nothing special.

Although it's a place where summer kids and teens stay, we ended up staying there overnight after booking late and finding the reception closed. A very kind man who didn't speak English but we got by with gestures called the manager and got us to our room quickly. The room was very clean, spacious, with AC and a large bathroom. It's a rural area so you have to go to nearby villages for food or groceries. There's direct access to a super natural beach.

The only thing that surprised me was that coffee wasn't included in breakfast and I had to use the coffee machine outside the building.

It was a great summer camp for families with kids, with AC and hot water. The beach is within walking distance and stretches endlessly along the Black Sea coast. The only downside was the midnight noise, the WiFi wasn't reliable for work or entertainment, and a small fridge or minibar would have made a big difference.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, and the reception responded quickly. However, the nightly shrieks of drunken teenage campers from the summer camp were disturbing. Of the two large pools, only one was operational and it was always crowded with those same students who ignored everyone else and kept throwing heavy water balls.
