There was a slight mix‑up with our room, but the owner went out of his way to fix it. We seriously couldn’t have asked for better service, including a wonderful early breakfast before we left and many suggestions for restaurants and activities.

The apartments are simply superb. First, the staff are amazing—Sedat and Firuza, thank you so much for everything! Second, the room is VERY clean, the plumbing shines, and the linens and towels are pure white. The room’s renovation is good; nothing is broken, cracked, or damaged. The air‑conditioning system is excellent—it turns off automatically when the door or window is opened, which is very convenient. The lights can be turned on or off near the fixture or from the switch by the door—small detail, but also very handy. There were welcome tea, coffee, and cookies, which was unexpectedly very pleasant. The bathroom has a full set of toiletries (shower gel and the like). The mattresses and pillows are great and comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. The shower “cabinet” (more like a shower area, not a true cabin) is large and convenient, the sink is big and useful—basically EVERYTHING in the room was very comfortable. The building itself is surrounded by greenery and flowers, incredibly beautiful, very cozy, and neat; the beach is a short walk away. It was sad to leave and we really want to return, thanks for the warm welcome! No negatives.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. We received free breakfast and excellent service. The host was extremely knowledgeable. The place was clean and tidy. Thanks for us 🙏🏽

The place was perfect and the care for guests was amazing. Last time I already gave the hotel a ten, but this visit felt even better. We stayed in a room with a terrace – it was very quiet, cozy, and truly home‑like. Huge thanks to Sedat‑bey! Even though it was his day off, he stayed in touch all the time and helped with everything. He recommended great spots to eat in neighboring Selcuk (where we had stayed before), and most importantly, he was fantastic with the logistics. Since there were no ready tours for the “Ionian Triad” of ancient cities (Priane, Milet, and Didim), Sedat‑bey himself found us a very reliable driver. He comfortably took us around the whole route and waited with our luggage exactly as long as we needed to see all the ruins. The level of service and attitude towards guests here surpasses any expectations. In short, it’s more than a 10 out of 10!
