The service was friendly and courteous, the hotel itself was excellent, and the restaurant food was amazing; my wife and I stayed for a week on business, ate there every day, and every single meal surpassed our expectations, but the beds were too firm and we didn't sleep well because of that.

Breakfast was good, the room was okay, the handle on the outside shower door was broken and kept falling off when touched, and the beds were fine; however, the breakfast crew seemed understaffed, the pool was dirty with black stuff floating on top, it was too crowded to get into the shallow end, the deep end was dirty so we just went back to the room, the bathrooms in the pool area were not clean, and parking was an issue this time, so we might look elsewhere for future visits to Canton.

I wouldn’t say the hotel was romantic, but it was very comfortable; the staff were amazing, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and I felt safe. I love that you need a card to use the elevator. The alcoholic drinks are pretty good there too. The breakfast could’ve been better – it just kind of tasted a bit bland.
