Jasper checked me in and was very helpful, friendly and courteous. My room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. The Jacuzzi was clean and hot, but the jets were not working

The food was delicious and the staff were sweet; I felt everything was reasonable. The location was just a little bit busy, otherwise it’s great. The location was a bit more busier than I like and you had to pay for dinner.

The staff is amazing. I have stayed here many times and I am always amazed how nice and friendly the staff is. I can’t believe how run-down the entire property is! The carpets are old and dirty. Guests smoke in rooms and hallways. Hallways smell like pot at all times. The treadmill in the gym has been broken for over 6 months. The outside property is neglected. Sad to see and to stay there.
