The meals were good and the staff were friendly. The hallway in the east wing had a muddy smell, and the bathroom drain in the room was extremely slow.

The rooms were spotless, but the bath was cramped and a few guests had to wait in the changing area, so I couldn't relax in the tub as much as I would have liked.

Breakfast was delicious, especially the miso soup packed with ingredients that really warmed me up. The large public bath was clean, and the free coffee was a nice bonus.
