The hot tub was broken even though it was advertised as working. The whole place smelled like burnt oil, my sheets were dirty, and the breakfast was cold.

The location was spot‑on for everything, and the taco joint right next to the hotel made the trip worthwhile. The pool was closed and the place felt outdated – the photos only show the exterior, not the interior. For $130 a night I’d hoped for more. The shower, bathroom sinks, floor, and furniture looked old, and some linens and towels weren’t clean. I’d pay $75 for a stay like this, not $130.

“Decent but with some good cleaning of halls, walls and elevators would make it much better. Also getting the rooms to sm”

The room was spacious and located close to downtown. The main areas could have been a bit cleaner; our room was clean overall but had a terrible odor. I even had to buy a plug‑in to deal with the smell.
