The breakfast café and meals were tasty and fairly priced, yet when we arrived the receptionist hadn’t received our owner’s reservation, the room was dirty, and she mentioned that guests often arrive without reservations and the apartments aren’t cleaned. We also didn’t get towel changes for a week‑long stay or a pool towel, and there was no TV‑usage guide. At the restaurant, we noticed many flies because staff were clearing tables by throwing leftover food on the floor.

The hotel’s location had no mobile internet signal, forcing guests to rely on the hotel’s Wi‑Fi, which didn’t work properly during the stay.

The hotel itself was great, offering a pool, restaurant, and parking, but the apartment’s cleaning was poor; the sheets were so thin you practically lay on the mattress.
