“Usluga na visokom nivou”
This is the first time Nismo has hosted guests at the hotel, and we were always satisfied. The pool water was cold and the spa center felt generally chilly; heating was needed.

Semmi Semmi, honestly, the people were rude and the mouse ran under the table. The other staff tried to explain but I didn’t get what they meant, so that was the worst experience so far. The climate was bad, I couldn’t relax in the pool, so it was a big zero 😕

Breakfast was excellent and the rooms are spacious and clean. It feels a bit tired for the premium prices it charges, and the app doesn’t always work—I tried to order a minibar option and it failed.

Breakfast was excellent and the fitness room was well equipped with plenty of space, though no sea view. The outdoor pool was closed in October, there was no shuttle to the city center, the outside staircase to the beach lacked lighting, the indoor pool was too cold, and the hammam was not always operational.
