The breakfast was delicious, the facilities very comfortable, the hotel well maintained, and the staff friendly. I have a few points, having stayed here before: there was supposedly a 2x1 cocktail promotion; I bought a margarita promo listed at $40,000 but was charged $50,000. I told the bartender it wasn’t a 2x1 because they were actually charging more; he didn’t say it was an error but replied that it wasn’t a 2x1 and that the price was a bit higher… I didn’t make a fuss because he was polite, but it feels like misleading advertising. The hotel has a dollhouse but no kids’ games; we came with a 4‑year‑old and the bikes are for older kids or adults. We stayed Wednesday to Friday; there were night activities but the promotion seemed poorly advertised and disorganized. The hotel looked dim and lacking joy; I stayed in 2021 and it felt much livelier then. The guy who was supposed to start the fire never managed to light it, and the kids were left wanting more marshmallows. They say check‑out is from 12 to 1 pm, but from 12 pm guests are harassed; if that’s the case, just state 12 pm and don’t give a time range. They only give one key per room and if it’s lost they charge; this is the first hotel where that happens…charging for a key card at a resort that isn’t cheap? We’re in a coffee region and there’s no complimentary coffee for guests; I know it’s not all‑inclusive but a coffee? We saw a station and when we took one they told us to take it but said it was an exception… back to the point, the hotel isn’t cheap and not even for a coffee after lunch.
