Everything from the location to the staff and food was good. The only bad thing was that my daughter dropped her doll on the ridge; we asked the hotel team to retrieve it, but after a delay another person came and took the doll. They even tried to issue a rescue notice, but we couldn’t recover the doll.

I could bring my large Cane Corso pet, he’s a cherished member of our family and enjoys having ample space to walk with my dog. The full meal was excellent! Nothing to complain about.

The staff were attentive, the facilities well maintained. The resort has good event organization, attractions, and an excellent restaurant. The mosquitoes are huge and bite exposed skin—probably a natural regional issue beyond the resort’s control. I think clearer signage could help cars find the entrance to the compound.
