I arrived at the Flat with a pre‑paid reservation, only to be told the unit was occupied by another guest – total disrespect. Do not stay in this host’s apartment; find someone who treats guests better. The host was rude, unkind, and disrespectful.

The hotel's location was a major highlight, with excellent proximity to restaurants, bars, and markets. However, the bed was a major disappointment, with a sagging mattress and high pillows that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel's location was a major plus, with everything we needed just a short distance away. However, the sofa bed was not the most comfortable, although this was somewhat expected given its intended use. Despite this, the hotel still managed to provide a good overall experience.
