Nothing good. The negative reviews are understandable because before paying I asked the staff if there was a shared kitchen in the accommodation, and they answered, “the kitchen is inside the room.” So I paid for the stay, but when we arrived there was no kitchen or cooking area at all. The person at the reception said the room with a kitchen was occupied. I called the house’s number and the staff lady, who was particularly rude and arrogant, told me I could leave if the arrangement didn’t suit me. She said she would talk to the owner to find a solution, but she never called back. We had to make do. I reported everything to the booking customer service, and after a long time a message arrived with the same content as the previous communications: “so be it if you like!!!” They were truly unqualified and extremely rude. They didn’t acknowledge their mistake or try to address the inconvenience. Also, the pillows are very uncomfortable, the air conditioning doesn’t work, and you can hear all the noise from neighboring rooms. Another point to consider is that the room is extremely close to Termini station, so the area is a bit dangerous. This aspect is known and I confirm it. Terrible experience!
