The staff is what I can highlight the most. We came to this hotel because we were relocated from another hotel, and even at the last minute they handled us spectacularly. The location is perfect for walking around Rome. Breakfast is recommended. Value for money is better than in the area.

The room was overall pleasant, but the aircon unit only cooled the space a little because it sits above the door and faces the en‑suite instead of blowing directly at the bed. The toilet plumbing could be improved, though it wasn’t a huge issue; it was just a bit noisy at night for anyone trying to sleep.

I travelled solo and felt safe here, which was my top priority. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty, and I had nothing to complain about—quiet and calm. I recommend it, even though the balcony and view were not a big deal since I spent most of the day outside the hotel.
