The house is lovely, brand new, and they’ve made sure everything is there, no detail is missing. The views are spectacular. We felt a bit cold when sleeping the first night, but the second night was much better.

The view is great, close to the Júcar basin. The only downside is that you can’t drive right up to the house front, but it’s only a one‑minute walk from the parking, which is very spacious, and that didn’t bother me.

The house is impeccably maintained, every little detail is taken care of, and it offers breathtaking river views; parking is easy and it's just a few minutes by car from Alcalá del Júcar.

This beautiful house lets you enjoy every comfort without missing a single detail, just 5 minutes from Alcalá and all its services but much quieter; the owner is a delight, attentive and very friendly, highly recommended! Only downside is the access road, half-paved and steep, but the house’s comforts make up for it, so it’s still 100% recommended.
