The only bright spot was the two staff members who were super attentive, but the place was a disaster: water came from an uncovered, dirty cistern at the entrance, the shower had sludge and barely enough water, the sink leaked onto the floor, and the shower enclosure was almost falling apart.

I liked the breakfast staff and the cleanliness, and the location was great, close to everything, but the AC was weak for the room size and we ran out of water during our stay, so we had to shower with a bucket.

Breakfast was fine, but the AC didn't cool properly, there were a lot of mosquitoes, and the service was bad, so I didn't enjoy it.

The bed was comfy, AC worked, and the mini fridge was handy, but I never got a response on WhatsApp or email, the TV was dead, the shower had a burnt resistor, the bathroom leaked, there was no security or parking, the pool was dirty, and breakfast had few choices.

I didn't stay at all because the lodge was dirty and moldy, so I left and went somewhere else; I want to know how to get a refund for the three nights I didn't use due to the lodge's poor condition.
