We stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful time! ❤️ Families with children will find the resort super suitable. Everything is right nearby: playground, bouncy castle and kids’ pool – there’s really a lot for the little ones to discover and experience. The restaurant staff were very fast, friendly and attentive. The food was simply top! 🍽️ There was an incredible variety and really good food. We especially liked that the all‑inclusive offer had something available all day long. Even between regular meal times the bar offered a wide selection of snacks and dishes. Our room was clean and was thoroughly cleaned every day. The cleaning lady refilled or changed everything that could be replaced daily. 👍 Overall we were very satisfied and would especially recommend the hotel to families with children. We enjoyed our stay and will gladly come back! 🌴☀️❤️ A few small points could still be improved from our perspective: broken toys at the pool or on the kids’ playground should be removed and replaced with new ones. Sun protection at the kids’ playground would be very desirable so that children can play safely even in strong sun. New and safe toys for the kids’ area would make the playground even more attractive. At the kids’ pool it would be nice if loungers were especially available for families with children. Guests without children could switch to the large pool area if needed. For safety reasons and to give families with children enough space, such a rule would be very helpful.

“Great Location, Delicious Food & Family-Friendly Atmosphere”

We really enjoyed our stay and there were many things we loved about the hotel. The location is great – only about a 5-minute walk from Laganas Main Street and around 20 minutes to Cameo Island. The food was also very good. There was something new and delicious every day, with plenty of options for children as well. The pool area is great for families, with a fun slide for the little ones and a larger pool for older children. The beach is right at the hotel, which was a big plus. Sunbeds are €20, including two cocktails and water, which we found very fair. It is also possible to reserve the sunbeds in advance. The staff at the reception, at the pool bar and in the restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and was cleaned every day. A special thank you to our housekeeper for taking such good care of our room! We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite with two bedrooms – thank you again for that! Another thing we really enjoyed was the live music. There was live music almost every evening, which created a really nice atmosphere and made the evenings even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!. There are a few things that could be improved. The hotel could use a little more care and attention. Maybe this is partly due to a lack of staff, but the pool area and the small playground could be cleaned more regularly. There were quite a few broken toys lying around. The playground and the bouncy castle also get very hot during the day and are quite dark at night, so better shading during the day and some additional lighting in the evening would be helpful. In the bathroom, there were a few small things that were broken or not working properly, for example the toilet seat. Also, the water from the bathtub did not drain properly and sometimes came back up from the drain. However, since we spent very little time in the room and mainly used the shower, this did not really bother us during our stay

The chill‑out spot by the beach and the bar was super comfy, offering a nice view and shade. The room stayed spotless, and both the housekeeping crew and the restaurant staff—waitress and waiters—were always polite. The food was decent, but keep in mind that special dishes like mussels might run out, so it’s best to arrive early for dinner. The check‑in was a bit unfriendly and confusing, having to re‑enter all credit‑card details on paper felt odd. When heading to the restaurant, the vibe was quiet and there was rarely anyone to greet guests. It didn’t feel distinctly Greek, more like any other place. The pool area was packed and most sunbeds were already taken; on the beach you had to pay for sunbeds, which was pricey, so if you don’t want to pay and the pool is full, you’re stuck with the bar chairs. The beach itself wasn’t clean, though the water was warm; if you expected a pretty, aesthetic beach you’d be disappointed. The all‑inclusive drinks were awful, and I couldn’t finish even one.

The Greek staff were less friendly, but the Asian team was welcoming. The all‑inclusive selection was adequate and the food quality was good. The sea was beautiful and the beach was easily reachable. Optional sailing activities were worth the price, we enjoyed them! In the normal EU rating this would be max 4*! The bathroom needs renovation; it doesn’t deserve a 5‑star rating. Aside from soda and water, only sugary drinks were available, and they were in terrible quality. The beach sunbeds were very dirty, with only superficial cleaning. Unfortunately, the main issue is with the low‑intelligence guests who toss trash everywhere. Don’t go into the city, it’s a ghetto! There were many “good‑natured” British teens who don’t sleep at night; if you’re near them, you won’t either, that’s what we complained about. The week had the World Cup, imagine that. It would be nice if the hotel enforced and sanctioned quiet hours.
