The room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for the city center and close to the Frasassi caves. Nearby, there were several services, a breakfast bar, restaurants within walking distance, and a good supermarket just a 2‑minute drive away.

The room was clean and roomy, and the host was kind and welcoming. A fridge was provided in the room, making it very convenient for visiting the Frasassi caves. The bathroom's air‑conditioner was noisy.

The room and bathroom were large, and a fridge was in the room along with good Wi‑Fi. The value for money was excellent and I recommend it. The bathroom's air‑conditioner was noisy and there was little light in the bathroom.

The host was very friendly and, even though we didn’t speak Italian, he managed to explain everything in the smallest detail. The restaurant he recommended was also very good! I recommend it. Everything was cozy and there was also a coffee shop 🙂. It was a pleasant stay!

A good stopover on the motorway, with parking in front of the building. It was wonderfully cool on a hot day. The staff were friendly and the coffee was good. The kettle would have been useful.
