The location was decent and I felt safe walking around after dark even with many people around; the property was very clean, the staff were friendly, security was solid, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the sites was reasonable. I didn’t notice any problems with the property.

I stayed only one night, and the place was spotlessly clean and met my expectations. However, there was no lock for the locker or an option to rent one, so I had to keep my bag with me when I left at night because I couldn't feel safe leaving it unattended. Add a note in the app so guests are prepared.

The hotel’s style and décor are appealing, and it’s close to the city center at Plaza Botero. The kitchen, morning coffee, and bed were comfortable, and there was a bathroom per room. The 24‑hour reception is operated by a robot, but it works well.
