“Very bad experience never try this hotel”
Nothing. On you it shows its an Ac room but after reaching property staff has declined that it's not working this is truly disappointed I have spend my traveling to reach there and than after this happen I have roam 3 hrs to search rooms
When I tried to check in, the staff told me the hotel was full and there were no rooms available, so I had to scramble to find another place at the last minute even though I had booked and received confirmation the day before.
The service was terrible and the rates were outrageous—online rates were 584 but offline rates jumped to 1300, and I paid only 1000 rupees for a three‑hour stay, which feels like a cheap hotel that’s just nonsense.
The location was great, but the washroom wasn’t clean.
“Terrible! I don’t recommend at all!”
I booked two nights in two rooms, but when I arrived they only gave me one room, so we had to cram three people into it; the next day they told us to leave, claiming the hotel was for Indians only, and the police even came in without warning and treated us like suspects until they learned we were just visiting Nagpur and had a contact there, after which they apologized. The room walls and balcony were filthy, and it felt like the hotel was posting fake reviews to boost its rating while the reception was a completely different experience.
