The room was fine, but I’ve never experienced such harassment from a property. I booked through the app, received a confirmation email and text, then another email demanding a pre‑check‑in form. They called me directly— I ignored it while driving. I checked in before 10 pm, and at 9:10 am the next day they sent another message asking when I’d be leaving. Weird stuff. I stayed only because no other hotels were available with the group I belong to, which has gold status. Overall, it was an annoying and invasive experience.
