Everything was perfect!! The location is amazing. I would go back without hesitation. Nothing.
The spot is great. The pool was cold and there was no security. The staff weren’t very friendly and there were no inclusions.
The view from our room was incredible! The staff were accommodating and informative. There were plenty of dining options inside or right across from the hotel. The updated showers in the room were phenomenal! Excellent. Extra fees, although that seems more because of the city of Boston.
I spent a week at the hotel and on the last day my black YSL bag vanished. I’ve reached out to the hotel, but no one has responded. How can I find out if someone took it from my luggage? Any help would be appreciated.

The location is unbeatable. The room was comfortable, and the beds and pillows were great too. Everything was clean, housekeeping was excellent, and the staff was friendly. The elevators were smart. The $25 credit to use for the spectacular breakfast or drinks was a fantastic bonus. Prudential Center is right across the street, along with Newbury Street and other landmarks. It was just too good. I’ll always come back. Nothing
