The room manager heard we had trouble finding the location and immediately offered a $300 discount. However, the address sent via the booking site differed from the one the room manager gave us on Line, which caused inconvenience and a car accident that left us with minor injuries; because of that, we had to delay check‑out and were charged an additional $300. Please correct the address to prevent future mishaps.
