I appreciated how quiet the place was and the housekeeping. However, the complimentary services were lacking: a refill of bottled water and coffee/tea supplies were supposed to be available in the room throughout our stay, and the breakfast offered was very modest—there should have been more variety to meet continental standards for all guests, including international ones.

I stayed for 3 nights and the pool and workout room were great, but the room never got cleaned. I asked the front desk to tidy it while we were out, yet when we came back there were no new towels, no new bedding, no vacuuming, and the toilet wasn’t refilled. I had to send my son to the front desk for more supplies.

The gym was clean and cool, but I had to reactivate my key card four times during my stay. Every time I left room 402 I needed a new card to get back in. The indoor pool is small.
