The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering solid recommendations for activities and dining. Breakfast was fantastic, and the patio with hammocks overlooking the river was incredibly peaceful—ideal for exploring Bali. Finding the hotel was a bit tricky at first; Google Maps didn’t always point us in the right direction and getting Ubers was sometimes difficult, but the staff managed to arrange taxis for us.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this eco guest house in Baños. The location is breathtaking, with amazing views, plenty of space, and impeccably clean facilities. It’s only about a 7‑minute drive from the city centre, giving us quiet surroundings without being far from everything. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight—fresh, tasty, and a perfect start to the day. Check‑in and check‑out were effortless. The entire staff were friendly, kind, and helpful, and I owe a special thank you to the owner who went above and beyond. When I fell ill, he was incredibly supportive, extending our checkout time at no extra cost, providing rehydration supplies, and staying available throughout. His excellent English made communication easy during a tough time, and he offered plenty of useful local tips. His genuine care and hospitality made the stay unforgettable. The people here clearly care about guests, and I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re in Baños, stay here for the beautiful location, great views, superb breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, and the most caring staff.
