Breakfast was good, the room/apartment with a kitchen had plenty of storage space. Everything was perfect.

“Great location, great price.”

The location is great, daily housekeeping, helpful staff, and a nice but small gym. I stayed in this apartment directly with Grand Kata VIP and also in one of their apartments managed by a private individual. The one by Grand Kata VIP directly massively surpassed the other, so I highly recommend it. I didn’t eat breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. If I were being picky, I didn’t like that for deliveries I had to go down. In other hotels, laundry delivery or food delivery companies could come upstairs. In this case, it made me not want to order delivery because by the time I went to reception for collection of items I could just have easily gone outside to a food or laundry place as they were literally just outside.

“Amazing stay, great location, lovely staff and excellent value for money. I’d happily come back!”

I loved staying at Kata Beach in Phuket; the apartment was great and had everything we needed. Whenever I asked for something, like beach towels, someone brought them up very quickly. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated that over our five‑day stay the Asian food selection changed every day, so there was always something new to try. The breakfast staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The pool was great, the gym was useful, and the location was perfect because everything was within walking distance. I also appreciated how flexible the staff were—for example, we were allowed to take our unfinished coffee from breakfast back to our room, which was such a nice touch. Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it. Just FYI, there is a security deposit to pay at check‑in, but you get it back at the end of your stay. The only minor issue was that the living room furniture felt a little less modern than the rest of the apartment, but that’s just a personal preference and didn’t affect my stay at all.
