I loved the room – clean, comfortable, good air conditioning, excellent internet, and the shower head was the best part. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool; it’s too small for a dip. I tried to extend my stay by one day, but the staff refused to assign me a room with one bed, saying it wasn’t suitable for three people. Even though I wanted to stay at the hotel and could have moved to a smaller room, the lack of flexibility stopped the issue from being resolved. These operational details and rigid policies are something management should review to improve guest experience.

The facilities are very pretty. The staff are apathetic, a bit rude, and lack initiative.

The place is spotless, very comfortable, quiet, and pretty. The staff was attentive at all times and the location is great. I didn’t like the price much – it’s a bit high – and the late check‑out feels excessive; I also wasn’t happy that parking had an extra fee.

The cleanliness and peace were good. The strong chlorine smell from the pool was unpleasant.
