The location is excellent and the property is quite large, letting you truly enjoy the natural beauty, beautiful scenery, and peaceful surroundings. Overall, it’s a lovely place to get away from the city and enjoy some quiet time in nature. Not worth the price: definitely not a 5‑star experience and not worth the amount charged. Room condition: Stayed in a Spanish Cottage, but the room was not properly cleaned or prepared. The mattress and linens were not up to the expected standard. Poor maintenance: The headboard was very dirty, and the corners of the room clearly showed a lack of regular maintenance. Overall, the room felt more like a 1–2 star local hotel than a 5‑star property. Housekeeping: I had to call Reception several times just to get the room ready and have the linens changed. Service: Service was extremely slow and disappointing. There were also issues with air conditioning and room service. Food ordering: It was difficult to place room‑service orders, with calls going unanswered and orders not being placed. Parking: Parking is quite far from the accommodation. You have to call for a buggy/golf cart, which can take 10–15 minutes to arrive. Otherwise, you have to walk. Food options: Despite having meals included in the package, the buffet had very limited choices. The non‑vegetarian section had only one or two options, and the vegetarian selection was also limited. Breakfast was equally disappointing. Overall experience: I have had much better service and experiences at 3‑ and 4‑star hotels. Unfortunately, this property did not meet anything close to a 5‑star standard. Recommendation: Poor service, inadequate maintenance, and limited food choices. Not recommended, especially at the price being charged.

The property is beautiful but the rooms were absolutely basic. All the fixtures are very old and not maintained. The sofa and bed are bad. The tea and coffee sachets were very old and not replaced. Commuting anywhere on the premises was tedious. The drivers’ room is far away from the resort and the food and living quarters are horrible. The drivers are treated as sub human. Also the breakfast was very bad

Breakfast was good. The rude staff… I had to switch my cottage like four times, and the staff was just only informing us, so we had to keep hopping from one cottage to another.
