The front desk staff should be more polite and friendly; they seemed annoyed as if we were a nuisance. The bathroom’s toilet was flooded and the water didn’t drain properly.

Nothing good, everything bad: no cleanliness, the room stank, the bedsheets were dirty, the sheets were torn and filthy, the room was dirty, and the bathroom was dirty.
