Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to unforeseen circumstances, and we were forced to check out early. We requested a refund for the two unused days, but our request was met with a disappointing refusal.

While I appreciated the fact that breakfast was not included, as stated in the booking, the hotel's location was a major letdown. It was far from everything, and the hilly terrain made it difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by numerous issues, including a lack of breakfast, a poor location, and a generally unpleasant experience.

I had a great experience with the staff at this hotel, particularly Emre and Sinan, who were extremely friendly and made my stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality really made a difference.

My stay at Nish Suites Atasehir was truly exceptional, thanks to the hotel's cleanliness, comfort, and perfect location. However, it was the staff, particularly Murat and Muhammed, who made my experience truly unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable, and their hospitality made me feel right at home. While the hotel was nearly flawless, I did feel that a bit more variety in room amenities and breakfast options would have taken it to the next level.

I had requested a higher floor, but was given a room on the sixth floor instead. I had hoped to be on one of the top floors so my mother could enjoy the city view. However, the staff were very responsive and quickly addressed my concerns, which was a big plus.
