“I wouldn’t recommend it anymore”
I used to stay here three years ago and everything was top‑class, but this time the experience fell flat; nobody guided me to my room and the service level dropped noticeably. The hotel was so packed that the staff struggled to keep up with guests and deliver proper service.
“Sheer luxury for all groups. Spend a week minimum”
The expansive grounds and the helpful staff made the stay feel like sheer luxury, yet I couldn’t experience everything on offer and would need more days to do so.
“I will not stay at Rimba again.”
I didn’t get breakfast, and my room felt like a basement area of the hotel. The shower was in a round tub that required climbing over a 50 cm rim—dangerous—and there was no vanity. The bathroom was tiny, the TV was awkwardly placed in a corner with no movie channels, and the room felt claustrophobic.
The hotel is absolutely stunning—its beauty is hard to put into words. Every detail was flawless, and I could keep writing praises, but you just have to see it yourself.
My family and I had a fantastic holiday here; it was truly wonderful.
