The place is great and walkable, but it feels very dated and worn.

The spot was perfect, within walking distance of everything major. The only downside was a phone in a neighboring building that rang through the block during the night—super annoying, especially while trying to sleep. The worst!

I loved the location and the staff, and the room was both comfortable and spotless.

The staff were fantastic, but the TV service didn’t live up to the high standard of the hotel.

The location is excellent, close to many Boston attractions. However, the proximity to Faneuil Hall has its drawbacks: during our stay there were musical performances that went on until 3 am. The hotel windows don’t dampen noise, so light sleepers had a hard time sleeping. I understand performances might run to 1 am or 2 am, but 3 am is unacceptable.
