I stayed there again; my first visit was in 2020 when the whole city was locked down, and this time I’d rate it an 8.5/10—nothing negative to mention.
“Great hotel, great staff, very attentive, restaurant is great! Only con was parking.”
Convenient to almost everything downtown, but parking was a hassle – every time we left we had to pay again. We stayed 3 nights with small kids, so walking wasn’t ideal; we had to return to the room for naps and then go back out to explore. I estimate I spent about $150 on parking over those 3 days. It’s disappointing they don’t offer a flat day rate and a pass for guests to come and go.
The room was large, the location convenient, and the check‑in staff were lovely. The ice machines were all shut down, so they sent us to the pool level, which closes at 10 pm, and then to the lobby where we had to walk a long way to the bar to get 10 pieces of ice.
“Great”
The location is good, but parking should be free for guests.
“Worked out perfectly for our needs”
The location was spot‑on, though it’s a bit pricey – but that’s expected for such a spot.
