Value for money, facilities, location, friendly staff, and great breakfast were all positives. However, three small elevators are clearly insufficient for a 12‑storey building, leading to long waits and uncomfortable crowds, and walking up to the 9th floor is doable but not particularly pleasant.

The hotel is very good, the staff are friendly, the location is great, the breakfast and dinner are outstanding, and the pool area is very nice.

Everything was perfect – the most relaxing holiday we’ve had. The staff were kind and welcoming, all very professional. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied, and you could enjoy it with a sea view. The brand‑new building had all the comforts, and the pool was huge compared to usual standards. It’s located just a few metres from the beach and the main promenade, so we’re already planning our next visit.

It’s very close to the sea, the evening programme is nice with good entertainment, and the staff are friendly, but the spa facilities were not working properly.
