The room was already assigned to someone else when I arrived, even though I had confirmed over the phone that I would come and pay. No one told me about the cancellation or offered an alternative, and it happened at 11:40 pm. I expected to be notified or asked to pay before this happened.

When I got there to check in, they said there were no rooms left.

The bathrooms were terrible, the rooms weren't clean, and there were cigarette and other unpleasant odors everywhere.

The hotel was close to the bus stand and overall neat and clean, but the bed sheets could have been cleaner.
