The design is simple and elegant, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the common area is comfortable. The happy hour from Monday to Thursday was a fun experience. Overall, this place is very customer‑focused and puts you as the #1 priority.

I was impressed with the hotel's lobby and decor, as well as its convenient location. However, I had some issues with the air conditioning, which malfunctioned and left my room uncomfortably hot. The elevators were also sweltering, and I felt that the staff lacked compassion and interest in addressing my concerns. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

“We had avgreat stay. Staff was helpful with had sone difficulty with reservation but was tby staff”

My kids absolutely loved the hotel's amenities, particularly the Greek yogurt bar, flavored waters, and breakfast offerings. It was great to see them enjoy their stay so much. The hotel's breakfast was a highlight of our trip, and my children are still raving about it.

“It was very good for the most part”

I was pleased to find that my hotel room was clean and comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the limited food choices at breakfast, especially when it came to hot options. Overall, it was a decent stay, but with some room for improvement in the breakfast department.
