“Villa apple”

The villa has three rooms, each with its own bathroom, which is convenient for groups. However, the kitchen was severely under‑equipped: there were very few utensils, some were dirty, and we couldn’t find basic items like salt, oil or sugar—something you’d expect in a place with a kitchen. The overall condition of the property is very outdated and needs a full renovation. We spotted several defects, such as cracked sinks, worn furniture, moldy lamps and other clearly worn‑out items that show the effects of time and lack of maintenance. Towels smelled damp.

The spot was lovely, tucked into a tropical garden with sea views. The house was well equipped, although very small. We absolutely disliked the owner’s behaviour: for two days, due to an overbooking, she assigned us an external house stuck between ugly walls and other houses, with no ocean view. She also claimed there were technical problems, yet we saw other guests on the terrace of “our” house! As a discount she offered us two free breakfasts, but we only used one because it was the worst breakfast I’ve had in 10 years in Seychelles. The housekeeping service was clearly poor: on the first day nothing was cleaned and the bed wasn’t made; the next day the trash bins weren’t emptied.

“Séjour sympa”

From the villa you get a great view, the beach is directly opposite the hotel, there’s a washing machine, a turtle park, a nice garden, a safe, a high chair from the restaurant that was lent to us for the whole stay, and you can order from the restaurant and be served straight onto the terrace. We would have liked more pots, especially smaller ones for cooking, a guide to match the stove plates, and the ability to buy detergent by the unit. Overall, the photos over‑embellish reality, especially the size of the pool and the restaurant with feet in the sand. This season the beach is very swampy; swimming is possible but not as pleasant as other beaches on the island. The people are friendly but don’t spontaneously give tips on how to visit the island. The Jacuzzi had just been installed, but we were told not to use it.

The welcome was very good, the location is truly pleasant with a direct sea view. The small individual houses with private pools are perfect for a great stay. They arranged a car for us, received us at the boat, and collected the car at 5:30 am at the airport. If we return to Seychelles we will stay at this hotel again. Thank you.
