The place was clean. The staff were rude and not very polite. The tiles were already flaking off and the heater didn’t work at night.

Having a restaurant available for lunch and dinner was handy if we didn’t want to go out. The room didn’t have a table and chair like the Kalayaan Fersal hotel for eating, it was smaller than Kalayaan, and there was no free juice with breakfast.

The bathroom was in poor condition, and the towels were worn out.

I liked the location and how convenient it was, plus the on‑site restaurant serves decent food.
