The dive master and boatman were great, but the dive shop manager Rex was extremely rude, refused to honor the private boat rate that had been quoted, and blamed me for the issue. I had to compromise midway, and the final bill included an item we hadn't agreed to; Rex removed it after a very unpleasant encounter. A few front desk staff were also not very helpful and seemed to cherry‑pick the USDPHP exchange rate in their favor only when the final bill clearly listed PHP and USD amounts—cheeky. The room had cockroaches and the water pressure was occasionally low, but those were not the main reasons for my low rating.

The staff were friendly, but the 5% credit card surcharge they try to charge is ridiculous. The location is a bit far from other restaurants, and many other businesses on this strip of beach are closed.

The resort is clean, inviting, the view of the sea from the room is beautiful and relaxing, the hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful, the diving club runs like a well-oiled machine, even though it is crowded with divers and the food in the restaurant is excellent. We had a great time and will definitely go back there again. 1. The swimming pool is small and is hidden between the buildings. 2. We have stayed there only for 3 nights. It was too short
