The property sits in a park near UTAR and is easy to get to, but like most park areas parking is a hassle, so I parked across the street. Some other guests were noisy at midnight, walking around and talking loudly.

All the basic facilities are present. The homestay feels very different from a hotel, and it made me feel very comfortable. Hygiene is excellent, the cheapest room is surprisingly large, and there are security guards outside, which feels very safe.
