Great view from the balcony. The breakfast was varied and fresh. The drinks at the bar were very tasty and the bar staff friendly. The experience was quiet and impersonal, the corridors a bit shabby, loud music played at the pool and during breakfast, giving a very hectic feel, and it wasn’t lowered on request.

The front desk team was extremely helpful and gave us early check‑in rooms, plus they let us stay an extra hour past the usual checkout time. Our rooms stayed clean and tidy every day, and the restaurant staff were very clean and served good quality food and drinks. It was a fantastic holiday, with no complaints at all.

I booked last minute and the staff were friendly. The bus ride to Old Town was quick and the breakfast included was tasty. The hotel doesn’t have a beach, but a nearby public beach is available. Some facilities on the larger property feel outdated.

The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was good and the evening buffet was excellent. The pool area was nice, and both the bar and restaurant had great personnel. I asked for a double bed but received two single beds, which wasn’t ideal. I tried to switch rooms but it wasn’t possible, and the extra bed cover that was provided didn’t work.

The location is handy with a bus stop close by. The staff were very good and everything made for an easy stay. I didn’t realize the spa was in the neighbouring hotel, but otherwise there were no complaints.
