“A welcoming and generous staff with excellent location and it is safe and quiet.”

I had already posted about a previous visit, but the staff let me and a colleague use our rooms after check‑out until later that day to accommodate late flights, and it was free—rare! I also love the location with its restaurants, coffee shops, and other nearby amenities, so I’ll definitely come back. A little extra cleaning would be the only tweak.

“Comfortable rooms, good wifi, safe & quiet, great location, accommodating staff, reasonable price.”

The hotel sits nicely on a quiet street but is still within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and the zoo. It feels secure and the staff are eager to help. I asked for a bedding change and it was handled quickly, and they even hung my laundry to dry. The room was clean enough, though a touch more attention would be nice, but overall it was very comfortable.

“Quiet and comfortable room near amenities. A couple small issues to work through, but good stay.”

Good location, quiet and well cared for. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were places to eat nearby, a grocery store nearby and it is nice, safe area. There were some small things to improve: 1) explaining how the hot water works in the shower; 2) explaining the internet; 3) providing bottled water. The manager or host was kind, but not as helpful as I would have hoped

“The location (close to our family and friends) was the only reason we decided to stay.”

The location was convenient. However, the booking page gave misleading info and pictures. When we arrived, the three‑bedroom room with a private bathroom wasn’t available. We were moved to another room with a detached bathroom that was told to be private, but later we learned it was actually a shared bathroom, as management had said it was public.
