“Decent Food, But Shower Issues”
The food at this hotel was decent, but unfortunately, the shower had a malfunctioning hot water system. The showerhead was old and dirty, and it needed to be replaced.
“A Hotel in Need of Serious Renovation”
To be honest, we didn't enjoy anything about this hotel. However, they did give us a nice gesture by offering us two free ice creams. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was in a state of disrepair, with maintenance issues everywhere. The pool was dirty, and the water quality was questionable. It's a shame, really, because it's a hotel that should be closed down.
“A Mixed Experience with Some Room for Improvement”
The bed, bedding, and blanket in my room were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and varied, considering the price. However, there were some issues - the ceiling was too low, the sofas were dirty, and the bathroom floor and sink were only partially clean. The carpet was also dirty, and I think it would be easier to maintain if they replaced it with a hard floor. The closet was also in a state of disrepair.
“Disappointing Start, But a Better Ending in a Convenient Location”
I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, as it was just a 10-minute walk from the central area of Malang. However, my initial room was far from satisfactory, with a level of filth that made me question the hotel's cleanliness standards. Fortunately, after complaining, I was moved to a different room that was significantly better, but it still didn't quite live up to my expectations of a 4-star hotel, which I'd rate more like a 3-star establishment.
“A Comfortable yet Imperfect Stay in the Heart of Malang”
I recently had the chance to stay at a hotel located in the heart of Malang, which was a great base for exploring the area. The hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me during my stay. My twin room was clean and comfortable, although it didn't particularly stand out from other hotels I've stayed in.
