How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I liked the location, the deluxe apartment for three people was wonderful, comfortable, and the service was excellent. The bathroom mirror was too low to see myself properly, and there was no mirror in the bedroom, which was a problem for us women.

The place had a good location and value for money. The bathroom blindex door was jammed.

I stayed 5 of the 11 nights I had booked. At check‑in I found bedbugs on the sheets and in the utensil drawer, and the bathroom had no toilet paper or soap. I asked for a sheet change and was told to get the items myself from another apartment, with no apology. In the following days the bedbugs multiplied and appeared on the sofa, on the floor, and near my clothes. I sent videos multiple times and the only reply was that maintenance would be called. One night there were at least 10 bedbugs in the apartment and I couldn't sleep. I sent the videos that night and only got a response two days later. Even the booking platform tried to contact them for over a day and received no reply. I checked out early and they refunded the remaining nights. When I asked about a refund for the night I couldn't sleep due to hygiene issues, they stopped responding. Escala Imóveis never showed any empathy or concern for my experience. Based on how I was treated, I do not recommend and strongly suggest you avoid any property managed by Escala. If something goes wrong, you’ll be on your own.

The air conditioning was not working.

The location was excellent, the in‑room kitchen facilities were good, and the bed was comfortable. Basic items like salt, sugar, and oil were missing, but a supermarket is nearby.
