“Ótimo tudo”
The beds were excellent and the staff were attentive. Everything was fine.
Everything – the facilities and the courtesy of the staff – was impeccable. The only small issue was that, even though guests pay for their stay, the hotel still charges R$44,00 to park a car in their closed parking lot, whereas another Sky Palace on the street charges the same fee; I think that charge is a mistake.

The front desk was amazing and the staff were incredibly polite. I asked for my room to be cleaned at 9:30 am, but when I returned at 12:30 pm it still hadn't been done, even after I put up the sign. I had to ask the front desk for a towel because they hadn't cleaned.
