The castle’s rich history was revealed through a personal tour by the owner, making it unforgettable; Châteaux de Chevigny-en-Valière sits in a tranquil, green‑surrounded setting that lets you wander and unwind, and it feels like a dreamy, wonderful place.
The place is stunning, steeped in history, and the welcome was superb; the room was magnificent, quiet, and the bedding was beautiful; Stephane, our host, took great care of us; breakfast was truly perfect, served right beside magnificent stained glass, and even though the weather was mixed, we felt the beauty of the surroundings and had a wonderful time.
Meeting the venue, its history, and its owner felt like a truly unique experience.
