We had a safe, quiet and comfortable stay at this hotel in Red Deer. It was close to the freeway and all the places we needed to visit in Red Deer. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful too. I would stay here again when in Red Deer. The side door to the parking lot did not seem to lock but was not a real issue; anyone could come in after hours if desired.

The location was perfect for the venue we headed to. The bed was comfy, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the sink faucet was broken, the curtains were wrinkled, one comforter had stains, and the ice machine had no ice.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to welcome us, and I liked how the room smelled clean and fresh. The hotel feels very old and dated for its nightly rate and clearly needs a remodel. I didn’t appreciate the lack of counter space for makeup, face or hair products, or that the sink was beside the beds, separate from the tub and toilet.
