“Top keuze in centrum Kigali!”
The location is great, right in the center, and there was no noise in the hotel or my room; the bed was wonderful and the air‑conditioning superb. The bathroom was well equipped with a nice shower. The staff went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly, arranging an early taxi and an even earlier breakfast. Dinner was good quality and reasonably priced, making this a top choice. However, the fitness area was under renovation and offered nothing useful. The dinner restaurant felt a bit gloomy and quiet, and the drink selection was very limited.
The customer service was a highlight.

This place offered great value. It’s a bit old, but there’s a lovely restaurant that catches the morning sun, the staff were wonderful, and the location was the absolute best feature. It sits very close to the car‑free zone with reliable free Wi‑Fi, excellent shops, and great coffee. Rwanda is incredibly safe and the cleanest country I’ve ever visited. If you’re after luxury, this isn’t it, but it’s excellent value for everyone else.
